JD GROUP Uganda will make every effort to deliver products within the estimated timeframes; however, delays in delivery may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
Our return and refund policy allows you to return products within 14 days of delivery if they are in their original condition. Some products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons or other considerations. Please contact our customer service for specific details regarding returns and refunds.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
